Tilapia Lightly Breaded in Flour and Heavily Seasoned, served with a seasoned rice and nut mixture
Serves: 3-5 People

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
-
3 Tilapia (Any white fish will do)
5 Minced Garlic Cloves
4 Cups of Rice
Garnish:
Parsely
Dill
Instructions
Fish Prep
Melt Butter & Mix Lemon Dressing in a Plate
In a Seperate plate, Mix Seasoning
Coat (Pat Dried) Fish in Lemon Dressing
Lightly Coat fish with seasoning [Shake the fish after coating it]
Oven Prep
Place an Ovensafe Pan on the Stove at Mid-High Heat
Prepare Rice (On seperate stove top)
Preheat Oven to 200C
Cooking
Add 2 tbsp of Olive Oil to Ovensafe Pan
Sear Fish for ~2 min on both sides (DO NOT COOK TO COMPLETION HERE)
Remove Ovensafe Pan from Heat
Add Garlic & any remaining Lemon Dressing
Bake in Oven until Spoon easily cuts (~8-10 min)
Garnish with Parsley & Dill
Serve with Rice
